Not yet. We only publish listings from official sources whose terms and robots.txt allow it, and Franklin County's list is not available to us that way yet.
Where can I see Franklin County sheriff sales?
On the state's official sheriff sale website for the county (https://franklin.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov) and the county's official page (https://sheriff.franklincountyohio.gov/Services/Real-Estate-Sales).
What is the minimum bid at an Ohio sheriff sale?
For most foreclosure sales the property cannot sell for less than two-thirds of its court-ordered appraised value (Ohio Revised Code 2329.20). How much deposit do I need?
For residential property, Ohio law sets the deposit by appraised value: $2,000 if appraised at $10,000 or less, $5,000 if over $10,000 up to $200,000, and $10,000 if over $200,000 (Ohio Revised Code 2329.211). The plaintiff/judgment creditor is not required to make a deposit. Source: https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-2329.211
Can the owner still stop the sale?
An Ohio owner can redeem the property by paying the judgment, interest and costs any time before the court confirms the sale (Ohio Revised Code 2329.33). Sales are also often cancelled or postponed, so always re-check the official list. Source: https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-2329.33
